This September marks the 2 year anniversary of Quil — a sanctuary of studios designed for wellness professionals seeking an environment where their practice can flourish. As our wellness professionals grow their businesses, Quil Studios grows alongside them. With over 200 professionals and counting, we are expanding Quil with an additional floor at our Flatiron location, 37 West 26th Street, opening this October. A new floor. A bigger sanctuary. The same peaceful vibe — just more of it.

Quil Studios is Broadway Suites' answer to the growing need for specialized spaces in the wellness industry. Building on nearly two decades of expertise and trust, we’ve designed serene, private studios for wellness professionals—delivering clean, affordable, high-quality spaces that support the unique needs of your practice.

At Quil Studios, we are committed to ensuring that every professional is equipped with the space and resources necessary to grow their practices, businesses, and people. Our expansion aims to provide our current and future professionals with more room to create, more places to focus, and more support behind the scenes. This floor is getting a fresh layout — softer curves, rounded edges, and more architectural flow. Expect all of the core amenities you know and love — plus one new surprise feature we can’t wait to reveal.
